Return policy
Good can be return within 2 working days after the delivery.
There will be a 25% restocking charge apply after goods are checked.
The customer has to arrange the shipping to return any items.
The customer will pay the carriage charges to return any items.
There will be no return for the drilled and made to measure items.
Faulty or wrong goods will be covered by the manufacturer, please repost any faulty item within 2 working days, with the evidence.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Supplier excludes all warranties in this regard.
The Supplier may deliver the Goods by instalments, which shall be invoiced and paid for separately. Each instalment shall constitute a separate Contract. Any delay in delivery or defect in an instalment shall not entitle the Customer to cancel any other instalment.
Delivery will be made to the curb side.
The customer will inform if there is any item out of stock and will be delivered as soon as back in stock.
Good will be delivered Monday to Friday.
The driver may need an assistant to unload the items.
Faulty Goods / Guarantee
Please make sure you have received everything, report immediately for any missing items.
Please report within 48 hours for missing or faulty items.
Customers need to supply the images for the faulty items, you can contact us by email with the order number.
Doors should be cleaned in accordance with our care and maintenance instructions, failure to do so may void your warranty.
If the goods are damaged because of faulty workmanship, the guarantee will not be valid.
The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.
The goods could be manufactured to a tolerance of +- 1.5mm.
There might be a colour variation because of the different screen resolution.
