4. Delivery

Standard products may be returned in accordance with UK consumer law, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within the applicable return period. Custom-made, cut-to-size, or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in production or dispatched may be subject to cancellation or restocking charges.
