About Cartmel Cashmere
When a shaker kitchen is required but the budget won't stretch to solid wood, Cartmel is a perfect alternative. The 22mm MDF doors are foil wrapped and reinforced with special ABS protective edges. Above all, Cartmel beautifully reproduces the appearance of natural timber, with authentic-looking woodgrain in a 5 piece constructed door.
There's a choice of 9 colours from stock. It's easy to achieve a range of more or less traditional kitchen designs for less.
** PLEASE NOTE: The Cartmel curved doors have a different radius to standard TKC curved doors. Curved carcases are available from stock for these doors, see Cabinets section for more details.
*** These items are solid timber in oak/painted ash, available from stock.
**** The grain direction for this panel is along the 2400mm length.

Door measure guide
- Measure the old door, not the cabinet. Height first, then width, in millimetres.
- Measure every door. Sizes can vary slightly across a kitchen.
- Hinge holes: measure from the top edge to the centre of the top hinge hole, and from the bottom edge to the centre of the bottom one.
- Not sure? Order a £10 sample door, or call us and we'll help.
Replacing old doors or drawer fronts?
Some older sizes are no longer made. The chart shows which new sizes replace each old combination – the total height stays the same, so they fit your existing cabinets.
Not sure which you have? Call us on 07516 630145 and we'll check for you.
